My companion is getting transferred to Corvallis and I will be getting a new companion. His name is Elder Atwood. I am with another companionship until he arrives.
We have been working hard with our investigators and they are making good progress. We had five at church on Sunday and that was awesome. We also started going to a addiction recovery program with one of our investigators so that she can get some extra help with smoking.
There is a wonderful couple here in Medford that spend the summers here. They are the Flowers and they live in Ivins during the winter. They will be leaving to go back next week. We really appreciate all the help they give us. I will be really sad to see them go but the good part is that I will see them again since I only live a few miles from them in St. George.
I will be having surgery at the end of the week. I am grateful for the priesthood and the blessing I have been given. I'm sure all will go well and I will recover quickly. I will be back into the work before I know it.
